NeighborWorks® of Pueblo offers assistance to Pueblo homeowners through our Helping Hands Foreclosure Prevention Program.  Through this program, eligible homeowners may receive a $2,400 repayable loan that can be deferred for up to six months to help them get caught up on  their mortgages.

In order to qualify:

You must have the ability to repay

You cannot have outstanding collections or judgments (exception is medical collections)
